Sixty - six Southern Baptist Churches and two Southern Baptist Mission Church Congregations located within Wichita, Archer, and Clay counties of North Texas make up our W. A. C. Baptist Association. These 66 churches work cooperatively to carry the “Good News” message of Jesus Christ and the challenge of His Great Commission as expressed in the New Testament into every area of our neighborhoods, cities, communities, and counties of our W. A. C. Baptist Association, the State of Texas, our Nation, and even unto the uttermost parts of the Earth.

Doing together what one church congregation cannot do by itself, and all the while working to resource each local congregation in the fulfillment of its individual ministries.

The W.A.C. Family is proud to announce the safe arrival and birth of MISS ELIZABETH JOY LAUDE. She is the daughter of Rev. Keith and Mrs. Julie Laude of Joy, TX where her dad is the Pastor of Joy Baptist Church. Of course as a pastor’s daughter, Elizabeth was born on Sunday morning, February 19th, 2012 weighing in at 10 lbs. 6 oz. and 22 inches long. Elizabeth is the Laude’s fourth child. Sister, Allison, and brothers, Dominic and Collin are said to be very proud of their little sister.

Now, announcements would NOT be complete without also mentioning Elizabeth’s very proud grandparents, WAC Ministry Assistant JoAnn Malaise and husband Tom. The word is out that Uncle Joel seems pretty proud of Elizabeth too. Congratulations to the whole family. I’m sure that pictures will soon be forth coming or you could just happen to mention it to JoAnn, I’m sure that she will soon have an album to share! Ain’t GOD Good!?
